Read the warning on the front page carefully and follow the instructions below.
• This product employs BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis) technology. To have
accurate and consistent measurement results, please use it at the same time
during the day and under the same conditions. Please avoid measurements:
O During or immediately after strenuous exercises
O Immediately after a shower, bath, or sauna
O With heavy alcohol consumptions
O During or immediately after engorgement
O During fever
• Before stepping on the scale, please remove your shoes and socks, and stand
straight. Wearing socks may lead to inaccurate results. Dirty feet may also affect
the measurement accuracy.
• The unit of measurement can be switched between pound (lb.) and kilogram (kg)
through the app setting, so does the unit of height which is adjustable between
foot / inch and meter.

any questions. You can access through My Account > Setting > User‘s Guide > FAQ.
