This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which
vary from state to state. This is the only express warranty applicable to the product; Tatung
neither assumes nor authorizes anyone to assume for it any other express warranty. This
warranty may not be modified, altered, or amended without the written agreement of
Tatung which specifically states that the writing is intended to modify, alter, or amend this
warranty. If any term of this warranty is illegal or unenforceable, the legality and
enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
This warranty extends only to you, the original commercial purchaser, and is not
transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases, leases, or otherwise obtains the
product from you.
