Matériaux principaux en aluminium.
Flasque xe 1 , deux réas : l’un xe 5 et l’autre mobile 3 xés sur la asque xe par 3 axes inox 5,
6,7 , asque mobile 2 articulée autour de l’axe inox 5 . Deux Butées 8 permettent limiter la rotation
du réa mobile. Un levier 9 positionné sur la asque xe par l’axe inox du levier 10 permet de relâcher
le pincement des réas sur la corde. Il fonctionne avec l’ensemble poignée 11 : une poignée, un ressort
de torsion, un axe inox et deux rondelles inox. Un ensemble taquet 12 permet le maintien de l’EPI sur
la corde au repos: un taquet plastique, un ressort de torsion et un axe inox. Un loquet, bouton poussoir à
ressort 13 , inséré dans le réa xe permet le verrouillage de la asque mobile une fois fermée.
14,15 LOV.ROPE corde EN 1891 :1998 classe A : en polyamide 6, Ø 11mm de 3 à 30 ML avec une
extrémité en boucle cousue et l’autre manufacturée nouée.

Main materials: aluminium.
Fixed plate 1 , two sheaves: a xed one 5 and a mobile one 3 both mounted on the xed plate via 3
stainless steel rivets 5, 6,7 , mobile plate 2 rotating around a stainless-steel axle 5 . Two stoppers
8 that limit the mobile sheave rotation. A handle 9 mounted on the xed plate via the lever’s stain-
less-steel axle 10 releases the clamping action of the sheaves on the rope. It works together with the
handle assembly 11 : a handle, a torsion spring, a stainless-steel axle and two stainless steel washers.
A cleat assembly 12 maintains the PPE on the rope while at rest: a plastic cleat, a torsion spring and
a stainless-steel axle. A spring-based locking push button 13 , inserted in the xed sheave, locks the
mobile plate once closed. 14,15 LOV.ROPE rope compliant with EN 1891:1998 Class A: made of
polyamide 6, Ø 11mm, length: 3 to 30m, with one end closed in a stitched loop, and the other end with
an integrated knot.
