To avoid hearing damage, limit the me you use earphones at high
volume and set the volume to a safe level. The louder the volume,
the shorter the safe listening me is.
Be sure to observe the following guidelines when you are using
your earphones.
Listen to reasonable volumes for reasonable periods.
Be careful to do not adjust the volume connuously upwards
as your hearing adapts.
Do not turn up the volume so high that you can’t hear whats
around you.
You should use cauon or temporarily disconnue use in
potenally hazardous situaons.
Excessive sound pressure from earphones and earphones can
cause hearing loss.
It is prohibited “to wear any system such as headphones,
earpieces, headphones...that may limit both the aenon and
the hearing of drivers”. Drivers who call at the wheel using this
type of equipment can, therefore, be penalized.
To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at
high volume levels for long periods.
