14. WARNING: The baeries in the display/control unit must not be exposed to extreme heat, such as direct sunlight, fire or
similar influences.
15. Make sure that baeries are inserted with the correct polarity.
16. Ensure environmentally-friendly disposal of baeries.
17. Make sure that the ventilation apertures in the vehicle are not covered in order not to impair the ventilation in the vehicle.
18. Do not expose the product to naked flames, such as the flame of a cigaree lighter.
19. This product is designed for use in regions with a temperate climate.
20. Make sure that the power supply is disconnected before making the connections on the back of the main unit on your
vehicle. Do not switch the product on until all cables are securely aached. Further information is available in your
vehicle’s user manual.
Caution:
If the product is used in a way that diers from the instructions, product protection may be impaired.
Do not use the product if it is damaged.
Product repairs must only be carried out by competent, authorised persons.
Keep new and used baeries out of the reach of children. You should not continue using the product if the baery
compartment does not close securely, and keep it out of the reach of children. If you suspect that baeries have been
swallowed or have entered the body, you should immediately consult a doctor.
Danger of distraction
Under certain circumstances, using the device can have an eect on your concentration
(e.g. when driving a vehicle, when in road trac, or when operating machinery).
Please do not use the device if it restricts your perception of other ambient
sounds.
