Do not consume foodstuff that comes into contact with the parts marked with logo.

• On first use, there may be a slight odour and a little smoke during the first few minutes.
• After a cheese fondue, we recommend you to leave fondue pot to soak overnight before cleaning
it.
Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
Cleaning precautions for the wooden tray:
- each wooden tray is a unique, natural element;
- its permeability depends on its porosity, and soaking it in water to clean it may cause it to split or
break.
Cleaning precautions for the glass plate (fondue Ambiance) :
- The glass plate is dishwasher-safe; caution: handle it carefully to avoid any risk of impact.
- Do not place the hot plate on a fragile surface or under water.

If an accident occurs, rinse the burn immediately with cold water and call a doctor if necessary.
Cooking fumes may be dangerous for animals which have a particularly sensitive respiratory system,
such as birds. We advise bird owners to keep them away from the cooking area.
Read the instructions carefully, common to different versions depending on the accessories supplied
with your appliance, and keep them within reach.
Position the power cord carefully, whether an extension is used or not, so that guests can move
freely around the table without tripping over it.
Only use the pan supplied with the appliance or purchased from an approved service centre.
Cook according to the instructions in the recipe or to the desired doneness level.
To preserve the non-stick coating of the fondue pot, use a plastic or wooden utensils when preparing
the recipe.
Ensure that the fondue pan is stable and fitted correctly onto the appliance.
Fondue Ambiance:
- The tempered glass plate is designed to resist thermal and mechanical shock during normal use.
However, take necessary precautions when handling it (cleaning, installing, etc.).
- If the glass plate must be replaced, use only a part supplied by the manufacturer or an approved
service centre.
