 Go to the Set time / date option to set:
1. The hours and minutes (HH:MM). Use the keypad to input figures.
2. The date: day / month / year (DD MM YYYY). Use the keypad to input figures.
3. Turn on / of the daylight saving. Press the or key to turn on / off.
 Set format
Go to the Set format to adjust:
 Time format  1 2-hour or 24 hour. Press the or key to choose the
desired time format.
 Date  Press the or key to select between DD MM YYYY or MM
DD YYYY or YYYY MM DD formats.
 Date separator  Press the or key to select between: "/", "-", ".", ":".
 Auto update time
If you switch this option ON, the phone will automatically update the date and time based on Network
information.
 Start-up wizard
When the telephone is turned on for the rst time, you will be guided by the start-up wizard. This
will help you set some basic settings, such as language, date, and time, turn on or o the daylight
saving. These settings can be modied from the settings menu later.
h Display
 Wallpaper
To adjust Wallpaper, go to Settings -> Display -> Wallpaper.
Go to System to select from photos that are pre-set on your phone. Press View then use the /
keys to see the dierent wallpapers. Once you chose the one you like, press OK to set it.
Go to User dened to choose the wallpaper from the taken photos or from Downloads.
 Show date / time
This option allows you to show or hide date and time information on main screen.
 LCD back-light
Go to Settings -> Display -> LCD back-light -> set the brightness of the screen to suit you. Press
the to decrease or key to increase the brightness. Then, press the key to set the number
of seconds after which the screen will turn o (from 5 to 60 seconds). Press the to decrease or
key to increase the time.
 Backlit keys
Switch this option On or O. When the backlit keys are turned o, the keys will not light up.
h Security
Go to Settings -> Security -> SIM security:
 PIN lock  To lock the SIM card, input the SIM card's password.
 Change PIN  To change the password, input the old password.
Go to Settings -> Security -> Phone security:
 Phone lock  To lock the phone, input the phone password. The default password
is 0000.
 Change password  To change the password, input the old password.
