So you’re geng great pain relief from Tendlite and you want to go right back to all the things you couldn’t do
while you were in pain, right? Remember, as good as you feel, you can easily re-injure yourself if you are not
fully recovered from an acute injury. A chronic condion can be easily aggravated if you over do it. It’s best to go
back to normal acvies cauously, increasing acvity level slowly to make sure your body can handle it. Some
condions take longer periods of rest or immobilizaon to fully heal. Somemes braces and other forms of
support are recommended. If you keep aggravang an exisng condion, or re-injuring yourself, contact your
physician to see what you can do to avoid re-injury. Oen mes physical therapy or specic strengthening and
exibility exercises are recommended.
