Indicates Maximum Throttle Indicates Throttle is in Forward Position

Fault LED’s 1, 2, and 3 Indicate the sensed level
of the Speed Limit Potentiometer.
No Fault LED’s ON = 30% of Maximum Propel
Voltage
Fault LED 1 ON >= 40% of Maximum Propel
Voltage.
Fault LED’s 1 and 2 ON >= 66% of Maximum
Propel Voltage.
Fault LED’s 1,2, and 3 ON = 100% of Maximum
Propel Voltage
Battery gauge LED’s display the throttle
output voltage.
INDICATOR
THROTTLE VOLTAGE
LED #1 (red) = < 2.2V.
LED#2 (amber) = > 2.2 and < 2.4V.
LED #3 (green) is lit when the throttle
voltage is > 2.4 and < 2. 6V.
LED #4 (green) = > 2.6 and < 2.8V.
LED #5 (green) = > 2.8V.
To Enter Propel Diagnostics Mode, simultaneously hold the (-) Decrease Water and (+) Increase Down Pressure buttons on
power up. Note: The Propel Motor is disabled in Propel Diagnostics Mode.
The Down Pressure LED’s indicate the throttle position, reverse, neutral, or forward. When the bail is not activated, Down
Pressure LED #2 and Battery LED #3 (green) should be lit. This indicates that the throttle is in the center position and that the
controller is sensing Neutral.
The Solution Level LED’s indicate the sensed position of the throttle potentiometer between Min and Max in forward or reverse.
The Fault LED’s indicate the sensed position of the Speed Limit Potentiometer (the speed control on the panel).
