Installation
1). Iftheelectricpumpworksunderaconditionofalotofimpurity,it’ssuggestedtoplace
theelectricpumpatacertainheightsoasnottomaketheinletofthepumpblocked.
2). It’sthebestworkingstatewhentheelectricpumpiscompletelyunderwater.
3). It’snecessarytoensurethattheelectricpumpworksattheplacewheretheoatswitch
canmovefreely.
The connection of electric parts
1). Theconnectionandprotectionofelectricpartsmustbedoneaccordingtothenative
regulations,andthereisworkingvoltagesignedonthenameplate,makesurethatthe
powersupplyisconformedwiththeelectromotor.
2), Whentheelectricpumpworksataplacefarfrompowersource,theelectricpumpshould
workwithbiggerpowercable,ortheelectricpumpcouldn’tworkinthenormalstatedue
tothevoltagedrop.
3). Iftheelectricpumpisusedoutdoors,theextensioncableofthepumpmustbechanged
intotherubbercableforoutdoors.
4). Thethermalprotectorisprovidedfortheelectricpump.Iftheelectricpumpshuts
downautomaticallyduetotheoverload,thepumpwillstartautomaticallyafterthe
electromotorcoolsdownaslongasthepowersourcehasn’tbeencuto.
5). Neverhurtorclipthepowercable.Oncethepowercableisdamagedorbrokenby
accident,theelectricpumpshouldnotbeusedagain,andyoushouldlookfortheperson
whoisprofessionalorauthorizedtorepairorchangeit.
Attention:theimmersiondepthoftheelectricpumpislimitedbythelengthofthepower
cable.
6). Neverusetheelectricpumpwhenpeopleareinthewater.7).Makesurethatthepower
plugsandsocketaredry.
Maintenance and cleaning
Theelectricpumpdoesn’tneedanyprofessionalmaintenancewhenworkingnormally,butthe
removalmustbedonebytheprofessional.Anyway,allrepairandmaintenancemustbedone
afterthepowerhasbeencuto.
Makesurethattheinletatthebottomofthepumphasbeenwellinstalledwhenturningon
thepumpinordertoavoidthemechanicalaccident.
Repairandreplacement
Iftheproductionbreaksdownandneedsrepair,pleasesendittotheauthorizedrepair
center.Themanufacturerwon’tberesponsibleforanyresultscausedbytherepairwithout
authorization.
