PLUGGING IN
CAUTION: Always inspect the GB AC Adapter
for damage prior to each use.

With your key nearby, use the touchscreen or other
method to open the charge port on your Tesla
vehicle.

Attach the GB AC Adapter to the end of the
charger’s charge cable and use the latch to lock the
adapter into place.

Plug the GB AC Adapter into your Tesla vehicle and
wait for the vehicle to engage a latch that holds the
adapter in place.

Follow the instructions on the GB AC charger to
start the charging session.
NOTES:
• Steps 2 and 3 can be done in reverse order.
• The operation of the GB AC charger will vary
depending on the charger’s manufacturer. For
details, refer to the GB AC charger’s instructions.
• Check the instrument panel or the touchscreen to
confirm that charging is in progress.
UNPLUGGING
When charging is complete:

Follow the instructions on the charger to stop the
charging session.

Press and hold the button on the charger’s charge
cable, wait for the vehicle’s latch to retract, then
pull the adapter out of the charge port.

Push the charge port door closed.

Unplug the GB AC Adapter from the charger and
store it in an appropriate location.
