ENGINE DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the circlip

using a small
screwdriver.
2. Remove the piston pin

3. Replace the piston

or con rod

Machinings on the con rod are not relevant for the
installation position of the con rod.
4. Hold the con rod in position.
5. Coat the piston pin lightly with engine oil.
6. Insert the piston pin.
7. Install the circlip using a small screwdriver.
8. Check if the circlips are completely installed in
the grooves on both sides of the piston.
9. When replacing a con rod, check the con rod
bearing play according to the specification

Specifications.)
REPLACING PISTON OR CON ROD
REMOVING AND REINSTALLING CYLINDER LINERS
Only remove the cylinder liners if the cylinder
liners or the crankcase must be replaced.
1. Position the cylinder liner removal tool to the
cylinder liner.
CAUTION! Foot injuries can be caused by
suddenly falling cylinder liner. Do not hit too
hard onto the cylinder liner removal tool.
Ensure that the cylinder liner can not fall down.
2. Hit lightly on the cylinder liner removal tool
several times using a rubber mallet and slide
out the cylinder liner.
3. Repeat the procedure with the other oil nozzle.
