ENGINE DISASSEMBLY
Pay particular attention to the steps

cylinder liners. The areas must be clean and free
of grease.
4. Clean the upper case in the area of the
cylinder liners thoroughly.
5. Coat the areas of the cylinder liner o-rings
below dimension

7. Replace the o-rings on the cylinder liners.
8. Apply the silicone liquid seal on the step of the
cylinder liner without gaps as illustrated

inserting the cylinder liner.
9. Insert two cylinder liners

10. Place the lower case onto the upper case.
11. Screw the housing together according to the
specification Crankcase bolts First stage.
