piston rings. Do not remove the piston rings and
carefully slide into the correct position.

Installation position pistons:
– Engraved arrow on the top

– Embossed arrow on the inside

The arrows on the pistons mark the installation
position of the pistons in the engine. When the
pistons are installed in the engine, the arrows
point towards the chain tensioner and the starter.
Machinings on the con rod are not relevant for the
installation position of the con rod.
