12. Turn the upper case 180°.
13. Hold the oil nozzle

6 mm: Install the banjo bolt

to the specification Oil nozzle. (See section D
Tightening torques und assembly instructions.)
15. Repeat the procedure with the other oil nozzle.
16. Insert the crankshaft

Con rods and con rod covers are cracked
components. Install the con rod cover back into the
same place where the con rod cover was removed.
17. Insert the con rod cover

12 mm: Install two con rod bolts

according to the specification Con rod bolts
M10x1. (See section D Tightening torques und
assembly instructions.)
19. Repeat the procedure with the other con rod.
20. Insert the balance shaft
