ENGINE REASSEMBLY
11. 7 mm: Remove two bolts

12. Remove the guiding sleeve

13. Check if the oil seal

is tilted.
14. If the oil seal is tilted, it must be replaced.
INSTALLING OIL PRESSURE PUMP
NOTICE! Engine damage caused by lack of
lubrication. If the timing insert is installed in reverse
direction, the engine cannot build up any oil
pressure. Insert the side with centering pin

first.
1. Insert the timing insert

. Observe the
installation position.
NOTICE! Engine damage caused by lack of
lubrication. If the key

is not installed, the
engine cannot build up any oil pressure. Always
install the key.
2. Replace the key.
3. Insert the key.
4. Insert the inner rotor

of the oil pressure
pump.
5. Insert the outer rotor
5
of the oil pressure
pump.
6. Replace two o-rings
6
and lightly coat with
petroleum jelly.
7. Insert the oil pump cover

WARNING! Serious eye injuries caused by a
fast hurled circlip. Wear protective glasses.
8. Install the circlip
8
using a lockring pliers.
