ENGINE REASSEMBLY
NOTICE! Leaks caused by loosened bolt
connection If the connection of the water pump
axle has loosened during removing the tool, repeat
the procedure with a new slide ring seal.

7 mm: Remove the guide

INSTALLING IMPELLER
The crankshaft locking tool is still installed.
1. Insert the impeller

10 mm: Install the nut

according to the
specification M6 Nut impeller. (See section D
Tightening torques und assembly instructions.)
3.
8 mm: Remove the crankshaft locking tool
from rotor.
1. Replace the gasket
1

2. Insert the gasket into the groove and lightly
coat with petroleum jelly.
3. Insert the sleeve
