ADDITIONAL WORKING INSTRUCTIONS

CYLINDER HEAD REASSEMBLY
Only remove the injectors if the injectors or the
fuel rail must be replaced.
WARNING! Serious eye injuries caused by a
fast hurled bracket. Wear protective glasses.
3. Press the bracket

4. Remove the injector

5. Repeat the procedure with the other injector.

INSTALLING FUEL RAIL

1. Coat the o-ring

lightly with lubricant for
o-ring injectors.
2. Insert the injector

until the injector
engages in the bracket.
3. Check if the injector is engaged into the
bracket.
4. Repeat the procedure with the other injector.
