Assembly Instructions

Step 1 The Floor

Place the floor where the playhouse will be built. Ensure the ground is flat and leveled. This model has 2 floors to be nailed together.

Step 2 The Walls

Nail the lower walls together on the floor perimeter. Set the loft deck, then attach plywood strips and upper walls.

Step 3 The Roof

Assemble and set trusses. Lift and attach roof panels to the ridge. Complete panels and insert filler shingles from the bottom.

Step 4 Finishing Your Playhouse

Install windows and door. Attach fascia boards to trusses, followed by corners and joining strips, and finally the ridge cap.

Step 5 The Front Porch

Set the deck, insert railing. Attach a truss to posts, nail the last truss to the front wall, and place the small roof.

Offers a 30-day warranty on manufacturing defects, excluding abuse or poor assembly. Covers rot for 1 year. Excludes animal damage.
