10. Remove hinge pin from top RH side (Figure 18), and re-fit to LH side (Figure 19).
11. Remove blanking cap and door bush and refit on opposite sides (Figure 20-21).
12. Refit door on LH side hinge (Figure 22) and screw in place.
13. Break out the LH side of the foot plate with long nose pliers (Figure 23 - 24).
14. Refit foot plate (Figure 25 and 26).
15. Remove the caps from the screws holding the handle in position.
16. Remove the handle screws.
17. Remove the caps on the opposite side of the door.
18. Screw the handle into position and add the caps to cover the screws (Figure 28 - 29)
