USE OF PASTRY PROBOT
Make sure the speed selector is in the 0 position, then plug in the
power source.
1.
Turn the speed selector to the desired setting, low speed 1-3 speed is
used for kneader, medium speed 4-6 speed is used for mixer whisk, and
t
he highest speed is used for beater whisk. Warning: Do not position a
knife, metal spoons, fork, etc. in the bowl when in use.
2.
The maximum operating time per cycle must not exceed 6 minutes
and a minimum rest time of 20 minutes must be observed between two
consecutive cycles. When kneading a yeast-based dough, it is advisable
to use the speed selector first at low speed and then at high speed in
order
to obtain the best results.
Note:During kneading, some flour may adhere to the inside of the bowl,
you need to remove the lid of the bowl and scrape the flour on the inner
wall of the bowl with a spatula to achieve good kneading results. When
kneading, you should remove the bowl cover after the flour and water are
mixed completely, in order to avoid its shaking or falling off.
3.
When blendi
ng is complete, turn the speed selector to position 0,
unplug the cord from the outlet.
4.
Hold down the tilt button, the head will automatically lift and lock into
the tilt position. Warning: Before pressing the tilt button (i.e. before lifting
the stand mixer head), make sure the beater, whisk and kneader are
resti
