Switch the headphones off after use. Reconnect the headphones to the transmitter to
recharge the batteries.
To ensure the unit is functioning properly, make sure the volume of the sound
source (headphone connection) is sufcient. To check this, you could, for exa-
mple, set it to half the volume available. For some devices (e.g. TV), you need to
set the volume of the headphone connection via the conguration menu. If the
volume is too low, the socket switches itself off after about 2 minutes of operation. This
automatic switch-off function ensures compliance with EMC regulations by avoiding an
unnecessary occupation of transmission frequencies.
A high amount of IR light, e.g. sunlight or a bright incandescent lamp in the room, can
weaken the audio signal and cause interference. If this problem occurs, move the system
to a darker area.
