WARNING

Before using your closer to nature electric bottle warmer, please ensure that you read these
instructions thoroughly.
Please keep this instruction sheet for future reference as it includes important information.
INSTRUCTIONS
The speed at which the warmer heats the milk or food jar will depend on the size of the bottle or
container and the starting temperature of the milk or food (for example, room temperature 68ºF (20ºC) or
from the refrigerator 41ºF (5ºC).
MILK OR FOOD SHOULD NOT BE HEATED OR KEPT WARM FOR OVER 30 MINUTES.
The guide gives an indication of the time you can expect the warmer to take.
Maximum temperature of water is185ºF (85ºC)
FOR FEEDING BOTTLES
Place filled bottle in warmer.
Fill the warmer with water to approximately half an inch (10mm) below the rim of the warmer.
Never let the water overflow or rise above the neck of the bottle.
Before plugging into the electrical outlet, make sure the bottle warmer is switched to the “0” setting.
Plug into electrical outlet. The amber light will turn on to indicate the warmer is switched on and
is heating up.
Turn dial to setting 3.
The amber light will switch on whilst the water is heating up. Once the water is heated, the amber
light will switch off to indicate that the thermostat will maintain the temperature of the water. It
does not indicate that the milk is ready. The amber light will switch off and on as the unit
maintains the temperature.
Heat the milk to the desired temperature. Ensure that the heating guidelines are followed to
ensure that the food is not heated for too long.
When milk has reached the desired temperature, remove immediately. If left in the warmer, the
temperature of the milk will continue to rise.
Take care when removing the bottle, as the surrounding water will be hot.
For your child’s safety – Always check food temperature before feeding by testing on a sensitive
part of your skin. For example on the inside of your wrist. Take care not to overheat the milk.
After feeding, turn back the dial to the lowest setting before turning off at the electric outlet and
removing the plug.

FOR BABY JARS
Remove the lid and place food jar in warmer.
Fill the warmer with water to approximately half an inch (10mm) below the rim of the warmer.

Heat food to the desired temperature. Ensure that the heating guidelines are followed to
ensure that the food is not heated for too long.
When food has reached the desired temperature, remove immediately. If left in the warmer, the
temperature of the food will continue to rise.

CLEANING YOUR ELECTRIC WARMER
After each use, unplug and allow to cool before cleaning. Pour away any excess water and wipe with a
damp cloth only. Do not clean with abrasive cleaners or allow to come into contact with solvents or
harsh chemicals, damage could result.
DE-SCALING
De-scale your bottle warmer every 4 weeks to ensure it continues to work efficiently.
To descale your bottle warmer:
1. Empty the warmer and wipe down the inside with a sponge or damp cloth.
2. Pour in 1 cup of white vinegar.
3. Turn warmer on and run for 5 minutes.
4. Unplug the unit and let cool, then pour any remaining liquid down the sink.
Rinse the interior of the warmer well with cool water and use a clean sponge or damp cloth to
remove any buildup that came loose as a result of the descaling / cleaning process.
5. Plug unit back in and add regular amounts of water you use for normal warming. Turn on and
run for 5 minutes to remove any additional build up. Upon completion, rinse warmer again and
use as directed.

Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles and knobs.
Before plugging in the warmer for the first-time ensure the voltage is
compatible with your electricity supply by checking the label on the
base of the unit.
Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug into the wall outlet. To
disconnect, turn any control off, then remove plug from wall outlet.
Ensure water has been added before switching the unit on.

Do not use appliance for anything other than intended use.

User maintenance, other than cleaning and de-scaling, is not required
for this product.
Other servicing should be performed by an authorized service
representative.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
A short power-supply cord should be used to reduce the risk resulting
from becoming entangled in or tripping over a long cord.
Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are
available and may be used if care is exercised in their use .

If a longer detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used:
1) The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should
be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance; and
2) The cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the
countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled by children or tripped
over unintentionally.
If the appliance is of the grounded type, the extension cord should be
