An observation of the TOPRO warranty cases run in spring 2015 has shown that on the model
2G a fast wear and tear of the parking brake lever can lead to a potential malfunction of the
parking brake itself. After an average usage period of 12 months the malfunction is likely to
happen. Thereby the brake lever that runs inside of the brake case does not lock accurately
whilst being pushed down by the user. The active brake activated by the finger pull is not
affected.
