TOPRO GmbH corrects in two steps.
A) Following the prooven mechanical example of the braking housing and braking lever of the
Troja Classic also the 2G received the above modified V4A steel pin in October 2014. Now the
braking lever made from PA 6.6 runs directly on the V4A steel pin, reducing the wear and tear
result.
B) Once a warranty claim occurs TOPRO GmbH reacts professional, means substitutes the
whole braking beam and lever on both sides left/right.
Kindly take notice that the active brake is not negatively affected.
What measurements are mandatory?
As soon as you get notice of the described warranty claim, please contact the TOPRO
customer service. This way the rollator can be put in order with the help of the modified
spare part. You can dispose the exchanged parts.
