1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthe
cuttingunits,engagetheparkingbrake,shutoff
theengine,andremovethekey.

tothebottomofthehydraulic-uidreservoir

Important:Useonlyhydraulicuids
specied.Otheruidscouldcausesystem
damage.
7.Installthereservoircap.
8.Starttheengineanduseallofthehydraulic
controlstodistributehydraulicuidthroughout
thesystem.
9.Checkforleaks.
10.Shutofftheengine.
11.Checkthelevelofthehydraulicuidandadd
enoughtoraiseleveltotheFullmarkonthe
dipstick.
Important:Donotoverllthereservoir.
ReplacingtheHydraulic
Filters
ServiceInterval:Every1,000hours—Ifyou
areusingtherecommended
hydraulicuid,replacethe
hydrauliclters.
Every800hours—Ifyouarenotusingthe
recommendedhydraulicuidorhaveever
lledthereservoirwithanalternativeuid,
replacethehydrauliclters.
Thehydraulicsystemisequippedwithaservice
intervalindicator(Figure69).Withtheenginerunning
atoperatingtemperature,viewtheindicator,itshould
beinthegreenzone.Whentheindicatorisinthered
zone,changethehydrauliclters.
