5.Loosenthelowerbrakecablejamnutandliftthecablefreefromthebrake
cablebracketonthelowerhandleassembly.Removethecablefromthe
bracket.
6.Removethebrakecablefromthemachine.
InstallingtheBrakeCable
1.Securethebrakecableeyelettothebrakeleveronthemachinehandlewith
theangenut(item14inFigure135).
2.Attachthebrakecabletothebrakecablebracketonthehandleassembly
withawasherandjamnutoneachsideofthebracket.Adjustthejamnuts
sothatequalamountofcablethreadsarevisibleaboveandbelowthejam
nuts.Leavethejamnutssnuguntilnalcableadjustment.

equalamountofcablethreadsarevisibleaboveandbelowthejamnuts.
4.Adjustthecablejamnutsatthebrakecablebracketonthehandleassembly
sothatitrequires15.9kg(35lb)appliedtothebrakelevertoreleasethe
parkingbrakelatch.Afternalcableadjustment,ensurethatthebrakedoes
notdrag.
5.Installtheconsolecovertothehandleassembly.
