1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,turnthekeyswitchtotheOFFposition,
andremovethekeyfromthekeyswitch.Ensurethatthetractionleverisin
theNEUTRALposition.
2.Disconnectthebatterypack;refertoConnectingtheLithiumBatteryPack
(page7–3).
3.Removethecuttingunitfromthemachineandplaceonalevelworking
surface.Placethesupportblocksunderthebedbartoraisetherearroller
fromworksurface.
4.Loosenthe2angenutsthatsecuretherearrollershafttoeachrearroller
bracket.
5.Ononeoftherearrollerbrackets:
Note:Oncuttingunitsequippedwithoptionalhighheight-of-cutkit,therewill
beadditionalrollershimsinstalledbetweentherearrollerbracketandthe
cuttingunitsideplate.
A.Forassemblypurposes,notethequantityandlocationoftherollershims.
B.Removetheangenutsandsocket-headscrewsthatsecuretherear
rollerbracketandrollershimstothecuttingunitsideplate.
C.Removetherollerbracketandrollershimsfromtherearrollerandcutting
unit.
6.Slidetherearrollerassemblyfromtheremainingrearrollerbracketonthe
cuttingunit.
7.Ifnecessary,removethesecondrearrollerbracketandrollershimsfrom
thecuttingunit.
