IMPORTANT
Ifgroomingreelisequippedwithcarbidetippedblades,note
positionofbladesongroomershaftastheyareremoved.Correct
directionofbladesisrequiredforpropergroomeroperation.
3.Removespacersandbladesfromgroomershaftasnecessary.
AssemblingtheGroomingReel
1.Startbyplacingthickspaceragainstthelocknutinstalledononeendof
groomershaft.Then,placerstbladeagainstinstalledspacer(Figure198).
IMPORTANT
Ifgroomerisequippedwithbladeswithcarbidetips,ensurethatthe
bladesareinstalledwiththetipsinthesame,correctdirection.
2.For1.3cm(1/2inch)bladespacing,ensurethereare2bladespacers
betweenblades(Figure198).
3.Whenallbladeshavebeeninstalled,placesecondthickspaceronshaftand
thenthreadsecondlocknutontotheshaft.
