InstallingtheReelDriveBelt
1.Ensurethatthebatterypackisdisconnected;refertoConnectingtheLithium
BatteryPack(page4–3).
2.Usea16mm(5/8inch)wrench,rotateandholdthebearinghousingtoallow
thereeldrivebeltinstallation(Figure24).
3.Placeanewdrivebeltontothepulleys.
4.Releasethebearinghousingtoapplytensiontothereeldrivebelt.Ensure
thatthebearinghousingrotatesfreelywhichallowsaccuratebelttension.
5.Rotatethereeldriveatleast1fullturntoensurethatthedrivebeltisproperly
tensioned.
6.Tightenthebearinghousingmountingnut(Figure24).
7.Installthereeldrivecovertothemachineandsecurethecoverwiththe
ange-headscrew(Figure23).
8.Connectthebatterypack;refertoConnectingtheLithiumBatteryPack
(page4–3).
