Tightenthescrewsasfollows:
A.First,useanalternatingcrossingpattern,torqueallthescrewsto1.7to
4.5N∙m(15to40in-lb).
B.Againuseanalternatingcrossingpattern,torqueallthescrewsto9.6to
10.7N∙m(85to95in-lb).
4.Slidethedrivenpulleyassembly(includingbearings)intothemotoradapter.
5.Installthetransmissiondrivebeltandallthemachinecomponentsremoved
forthereeldrivesystemservice;refertoTransmissionDriveBelt(page
4–38).
6.FilltheinternalsplineareaofthesplinedcouplerwithhightemperatureMobil
XHP-222grease(orequivalent).
7.Installtheelectricmotortothetransmission;refertoElectricMotor(page
5–69).
8.Connectthebatterypack;refertoConnectingtheLithiumBatteryPack
(page4–3).
