TestthewirelesshourmeterwireharnessP43connector(Figure31)byperformingthefollowing:
1.RotatethekeyswitchtotheOFFposition.
2.Iftheoptionalwirelesshourmeterisinstalled,disconnectthemainwireharnessP43connectorfromthewireless
hourmeter.
3.RotatethekeyswitchtotheSTARTpositionandholditthereuntiltheInfoCenterLCDdisplaylightsup,then
releasethekeyswitchtotheRUNposition.
4.MeasurethevoltagebetweenthemainwireharnessP43connector,pin1,andthemainwireharnessP04
connector,pinB(Figure30).Therangeforagoodreadingis10.5to13.8Vdc.
5.RotatethekeyswitchtotheOFFposition,andthenconnectthemainwireharnessP43connectortothehour
meter.
