1.Removethehydraulictank;refertoRemovingtheHydraulicTank(page
5–66).
2.Cleanthehydraulichoseends,andttingsonthemanifoldtoprevent
contaminantsfromenteringintothehydraulicsystem.
3.Labelandremovethehydraulichosesfromthettingsonthemanifold.Allow
thetubesandhosestodrainintoasuitablecontainer.
4.Installcleancapsandplugsonthehydraulichoses,andttingstoprevent
systemcontamination.
5.Labelanddisconnectthewireharnessconnectorsfromthesolenoidvalves.
6.Removethefastenerssecuringthemanifoldbrackettothemachine.
Note:Themanifoldbracketshouldbelooseoncethehydraulictankclamps
havebeenremoved.
7.Supportthemanifoldassembly,removethefastenerssecuringthecoupler
panelandthemanifoldassemblytothehitchtubeandremovethemanifold
assemblyfromthemachine.
8.Dismantlethemanifoldassemblyifnecessary;refertoServicingtheOptional
HydraulicSwitchKitManifold(page5–119).
9.Ifthehydraulicttingsaretoberemovedfromthemanifold,markthetting
orientationforassemblypurposesandremovethettingsfromthemanifold.
