LAWN & GARDEN TRACTORS
IMPORTANT:Toobtainwarrantycoverageownermust presentanoriginal
proofof purchaseand applicablemaintenancerecordstothe servicingdealer.
Pleaseseethe operator'smanualfor informationon requiredmaintenanceand
serviceintervals.
Thelimitedwarrantyset forth belowisgivenby TheToro Company ("Toro")
andTheToro Warranty Company, pursuantto anagreementbetweenthem,
withrespectto new merchandisepurchasedor leasedand usedin the United
Statesand/or itsterritoriesand possessions,and byTorowith respectto new
merchandisepurchasedorleasedand used inCanadaand/oritsterritoriesand
possession.
Torowarrantsthis product(excludingitsNormalWearPartsand Batteries
asdescribedbelow)against defectsin materialand workmanshipfor a
periodoftwo (2) yearsor eighty (80)operationhours,whichevercomes
first, commencingon the dateoforiginal retail purchaseor leaseand will, at
itsoption,repairor replace,freeof charge,anypartfoundto bedefectivein
materialsor workmanship.
NormalWearPartsarewarrantedto befree fromdefects in materialand
workmanshipfor a periodof thirty (30) daysfromthe dateof originalpurchase
orlease.Normalwear partsinclude,butare not limitedto itemssuchas:belts,
blades,bladeadapters,grass bags,rider deckwheels,seats,andtires.
Batterieshavea one-yearproratedlimitedwarrantyagainst defectsin material
andworkmanship,with 100%replacementduringthefirst threemonths.After
three months,the batteryreplacementcreditis basedonthe monthsremaining
inthe twelve(12)monthperioddatingbacktothe originaldateof originalsale
orlease.Any replacementbattery willbewarrantedonlyfor the remainderof
the originalwarranty period.
Thislimitedwarrantyshallonly applyif this producthasbeenoperatedand
maintainedin accordancewiththeOperator'sManualfurnishedwiththe
product,and hasnotbeensubjectto misuse,abuse,commercialuse,neglect,
accident,impropermaintenance,alteration,vandalism,theft,fire, water,or
damagebecauseofother perilor naturaldisaster.Damageresultingfromthe
installationor useof anypart, accessoryorattachmentnotapprovedby Toro
for usewith the product(s)coveredbythis manualwillvoidyourwarrantyas
to anyresultingdamage.Inaddition,Toromaydenywarrantycoverageifthe
hourmeter,or anypartthereof,is altered,modified,disconnectedor otherwise
tamperedwith.

PURCHASEANDAPPLICABLEMAINTENANCERECORDS,throughyour

Withoutlimitingthe foregoing,this limitedwarrantydoesnot providecoverage
inthe followingcases:
a. Theengineor componentpartsthereof. Theseitemsmaycarrya separate
manufacturer'swarranty. Referto applicablemanufacturer'swarrantyfor
termsand conditions.
b. Routinemaintenanceitemssuchas lubricants,filters, bladesharpening,
tune-ups,brakeadjustments,clutchadjustments,deckadjustments,and
normaldeteriorationof theexteriorfinishdueto useorexposure.
c. Servicecompletedbysomeoneotherthan an authorizedservicedealer.
d. Torodoes notextendanywarrantyfor productssold or exportedoutside
ofthe UnitedStatesand/orCanada,andtheir respectivepossessionsand
territories,exceptthosesold throughToro'sauthorizedchannelsofexport
distribution.
e. Replacementpartsand/or accessoriesthat are notgenuineToroparts.
f. Transportationchargesand servicecalls.
g. Torodoes notwarrantthis productfor commercialuse.
Thereare no impliedwarranties,includingwithout limitation any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No
warranties shall apply after the applicable period of express written
warranty above. No other express warranties beyond those mentioned
above,given by any personor entity, includinga dealer or retailer,with
respect to any product,shall bind Toro.The exclusive remedy isrepair or
replacement of the product as set forth above. Theterms of this warranty
provide the sole and exclusive remedy arising from the sale and/or lease
of the products covered hereby.Toro shall not be liable for any incidental
or consequential loss or damage including,without limitation, expenses
incurredfor substitute or replacement lawn care services or for rental
expenses to temporarily replace a warranted product.
Somejurisdictionsdonot allowtheexclusionor limitationof incidentalor
consequentialdamages,or limitationson howlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,
sothe aboveexclusionsor limitationsmay notapplytoyou.
Innoeventshall recoveryofanykind begreaterthanthe amountof the
purchasepriceof the productsold.Alterationof safety features of the
product shall void this warranty. Youassumethe riskand liabilityfor loss,
damage,or injuryto youandyour propertyand/or toothersandtheir property
arisingoutof the misuseor inabilityto usethe product.
Thislimitedwarrantyshall notextendIo anyoneotherthan the original
purchaserorto the personfor whom itwas purchasedasa gift.
HOWLOCALLAWSRELATETOTHIS WARRANTY:Thislimitedwarranty
givesyouspecificlegalrights, andyou mayalsohaveotherrightsthatvary in
differentjurisdictions.
