Followthestepsbelowtoreleaseallpressureinthehydraulicsystempriorto
startinganyserviceprocedures.Theremustbenopressureinthehydraulic
system.
ReleasingtheHydraulicPressurefromtheTractionCircuit
Note:Ifyouparkthemachineonaninclinedorslopedsurface,thepressure
inthetractioncircuitwillnotrelease.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.Lowerthecuttingdeck.
3.TurnthekeyswitchtotheOFFpositionandallowtheenginetostop.
4.Movethetractionpedalinboththeforwardandreversedirectionfor5to
10times.
ReleasingtheHydraulicPressurefromtheLiftCircuit
1.TurnthekeyswitchtotheONposition(donotstarttheengine)andfully
lowerthecuttingdecktotheground.
2.TurnthekeyswitchtotheOFFposition.
3.Afterloweringthecuttingdeck,ensurethattheliftcylindersdonotsupport
thecuttingdeck.
ReleasingtheHydraulicPressurefromtheSteeringCircuit
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.Lowerthecuttingdeck.
3.TurnthekeyswitchtotheOFFpositionandallowtheenginetostop.
4.Aftertheenginehascometoacompletestop,rotatethesteeringwheelto
fullleftandbacktofullrightfor3timestodissipatethehydraulicpressurein
thesystem.
ReleasingtheHydraulicPressurefromtheHopperLiftandTiltCircuit
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.TurnthekeyswitchtotheONposition(donotstarttheengine).Ifthehopper
isinraisedposition,fullylowerthehopperassembly.
3.TurnthekeyswitchtotheOFFposition.
4.Afterloweringthehopperassembly,ensurethattheliftandtilthydraulic
cylindersdonotsupportthehopperassembly.Operatethehopperliftandtilt
controlleversinbothdirectionsfor5to10times.
ReleasingtheHydraulicPressurefromtheHeightOfCutCircuit
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.TurnthekeyswitchtotheONposition(donotstarttheengine)andfully
lowerthecuttingdecktotheground.
3.Operatetheheightofcutswitchinbothdirectionsfor5to10times.
4.TurnthekeyswitchtotheOFFposition.
