thettingorientationforassemblypurposes.Removethettingfromthe
auxiliarycontrolvalveanddiscardtheO-ringsfromthettings.
InstallingtheAuxiliaryControlValve
1.Ifthehydraulicttingswereremovedfromtheauxiliarycontrolvalve,
lubricateandinstallthenewO-ringstothettings.T oproperlyalignand
installthettingsintotheauxiliarycontrolvalveopenings,usethemarksthat
youmadeduringtheremovalprocess.Tightenthettings;refertoInstalling
theHydraulicFittings(page5–10).
2.Positiontheauxiliarycontrolvalveontotheauxiliarycontrolvalvesupport
andsecurewiththebolts,washersandnuts(Figure67).
3.Removethecapsorplugsthatwereinstalledtothehydraulichosesand
ttingsduringtheremovalprocess.
4.Usethelabelsthatyouattachedduringtankremovaltocorrectlyconnectthe
hydraulichosestothettingsontheauxiliarycontrolvalve;refertoInstalling
theHydraulicHosesandTubes(page5–8).
5.Fillthehydraulictankwiththecorrectquantityofnewhydraulicuid;refer
toOperator’sManual.
