2.SERVICIOSHOMEDEPOTS.DER.L.DEC.V.agreestoreplacetheproductfreeofchargetotheconsumerandtocoveranycostsresultingfrom
theapplicationofthiswarranty.
Thewarrantyisnotvalidinthefollowingcases:
1.Whentheproducthasbeenusedunderconditionsotherthanthoseconsideredasnormal.
2.Whentheproducthasnotbeenoperatedaccordingtotheprovidedinstructionmanual.
3.WhentheproducthasbeenmodiedorrepairedbypersonnelnotauthorizedbyServiciosHomeDepot.
Forthiswarrantytobevalid,theconsumershallpresenttheproductandthecurrentlyvalidwarrantypolicydulysigned/stampedbytheestablishment
wheretheproductwassold.Incaseoflossofthiswarrantydocument,theconsumermayrequestthestorewheretheproductwaspurchasedtoissue
anotherwarrantypolicydocument,uponpresentationofthecorrespondingproofofpurchaseorinvoice.
