4. Install 6 bolts and washers (3 on the left and 3 on
the right) securing the radiator to the bottom radiator
plate and cooling shroud (Fig. 580).
6. Install 6 bolts and washers to secure the top radiator
plate to the radiator (Fig. 582).

7. Route the overfl ow hose through the upper right
corner of the radiator over to the radiator fi ller neck
(Fig. 583).
5. Position the top radiator plate onto the radiator (Fig.
581).
