Procedure
WARNING
Anuncovereddischargeopeningcouldallow
thelawnmowertothrowobjectsatyouor
bystanders,resultinginseriousinjury.Also,
contactwiththebladecouldoccur.
•Neveroperatethelawnmowerunlessyou
installacoverplate,amulchplate,ora
grasschuteandcatcher.
•Makesurethatthegrassdeectoris
installedwhenyouremovethegrasschute
andcatcher.
1.Removetheside-dischargechutefromthe
mowerdeck(Figure15).
Note:Saveallthehardwareandthe
side-dischargechute.Installtheside-discharge
chutewhenthebaggerandblowerareremoved.
