11. Remove the bearing spacer from the spindle
housing (Fig. 1301).

12. Turn the housing over and drive the second bearing
out of the spindle housing (Fig. 1302).

13. Remove the grease tting from the spindle housing
(Fig. 1303).

14. Inspect the spindle assembly components. Replace
if damaged or worn.
Note: Spindle shaft keyway can be signicantly
damaged before the spindle shaft requires
replacement.
15. Install a grease tting into the spindle housing (Fig.
1304).
