12. Position the platform so the carriage bolt protrudes
through the platform pivot hole (Fig. 0136).
14. Secure the assembly with a washer and nut (Fig.
0138).

13. Position the spacer over the carriage bolt and into
the platform pivot hole (Fig. 0137).

15. Repeat steps 10 through 14 on the other side of the
machine.
16. Secure the shield, foot mat bracket, and foot mat to
the platform using two thread forming screws (Fig.
0139).
