Lift Assist Cylinder Replacement
(2009 only)
Lift Assist Cylinder Removal (2009 only)
1. Turn the engine off and remove the key from the
ignition.
2. Set the parking brake.
3. Place Height-of-Cut lever in the transport position.
4. Unlatch cover clamp at front end of gas spring cover
(Fig. 0148).
5. Remove the spring cover (Fig. 0149).

6. Remove the retaining clip from the front end of the
gas spring assembly (Fig. 0150).
