1.Ensurethattherollersareclean.Positionthe
machineonaat,levelworksurface.
2.Usingtheabovechart,determinetheamountof
rear-rollerspacersrequiredtosetthedesired
groomingheight/depth.
Note:Ifyouareinstalling3or4spacerson
eachsideoftherearroller,usethelonger
screws—includedintheoptionalHighHeightof
GroomKit(Above0.375inch)—insteadofthe
standardscrews.
3.Settheheightofcutofthemainreel.
4.Usingthechart,determinethepositionrequired
tosetthedesiredgroomingheight/depth.Raise
orlowerthegroomingreelasfollows:
Important:Neversetthegroomerlower
that1/2theheightofthecut—upto13mm
(0.5inch);youcanmakeadjustments0to6
mm(0to0.25inch)belowtheheightofcut
thereafter.
Important:Ifyousetthegroomerhigher
thattheheightofcut,inadvertentgroomer
contactwiththebasketmayoccurwhen
usingtheQUICK-UPPOSITION.Neversetthe
groomerhigherthantheheightofcutinthe
OPERATINGposition.
