1.Applycleanhydraulicuidtoallpartsbeforeassembling.
Note:Pressuresealsandback-upsealstingroovesmachinedintothe
thrustplates.BodyO-ringstingroovesmachinedintohousings.
2.Assemblepumpsectionsstartingatfrontcoverend.Applygreaseor
petroleumjellytonewsectionsealstoholdtheminpositionduringgear
pumpassembly.
3.Afterpumphasbeenassembled,tightensocketheadscrewsbyhand.
Rotatethedriveshafttocheckforbinding.Protecttheshaftifusingapliers
torotateshaft.
4.Tightenthesocketheadscrewsevenlyinacrossingpatterntoatorque
of45N∙m(33ft-lb).
