RemovingtheRearWheel
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,engagetheparkingbrake,lowerthe
cuttingunitsandstoptheengine.Removethekeyfromtheignitionswitch.
2.Raisetherearofthemachineofftheground;refertoJackingInstructions
(page1–7).
3.Removethelocknutfromthecasterbolt.Pullthecasterboltfromboth
adapterplatesandthespindlespacerstoremovethewheelandhub
assemblyfromthecasterfork.
4.DisassembletherearwheelhubIfnecessary.
A.Removethesealsandbearingcones.
B.Pressthebearingcupsfromthewheelhub.
Note:Ifrearcasterforkremovalisnecessary,refertoCasterFork(page
6–9).
InstallingtheRearWheel
1.Assemblytherearwheelhubifnecessary.
A.Pressnewbearingcupsintothehubuntilseated.
B.Packnewbearingconeswith#2multi-purposelithiumbasegreaseand
