Note:Ifthecuttingunithasanoptionalrearrolleradjustmentkit(eccentric
rollershaftbushing),looseningthecuttingunitsideplateshouldnotbe
necessary.Adjusttherearrollerbylooseningtherearrollerclampfasteners
androtatingtheeccentricbushingasnecessary;refertothekitInstallation
Instructionsforadditionalinformation.
4.Loosen,butdonotremove,thetwoshoulderboltsthatsecurethesideplate
totheframeonthesideofthecuttingunitwheretherearrollerishigh(not
contactingthebenchplate).
5.Adjustthepositionofthesideplatesotherearrollercontactsthebenchplate
atbothends,makingtherearrollerparalleltothereel.Tightentheshoulder
boltsfrom24to27N∙m(210to240in-lb).
6.Rechecktheclearancebetweentherearrollerandthebenchplate.If
necessary,loosenandadjustsecondsideplateonthesideofthecuttingunit
wheretherearrollerislow(contactingthebenchplate).
7.Completethecuttingunitset-upandadjustmentprocedure.
