2.Removethelocknut,compressionspringandwasherfromthebedbar
adjusterscrew.

3.Unscrewthebedbaradjustershaftfromthebedbaradjusterscrew.
4.Removetheretainingringandwavewasherfromtheadjustershaftand
removetheadjustershaft.
5.Inspecttheangebushingsinthecuttingunitsideplateandreplacethem
ifnecessary.
6.Inspectthedetentandreplaceitifnecessary.
InstallingtheBedbarAdjuster
1.Ifpreviouslyremoved,securethedetenttothesideplate.
2.Ifpreviouslyremoved,alignthekeyontheangebushingstotheslotsinthe
cuttingunitframeandinstall.
3.Slideadjustershaftintoangebushingsandsecurewithwaveawasher
andaretainingring.
Note:Thebedbaradjustershafthasleft-handthreads.
4.Applyanti-seizelubricanttothethreadsofthebedbaradjusterscrewthat
tintoadjustershaft(thelefthandthreads)andthreadthebedbaradjuster
screwintotheadjustershaft.
5.Installthewasher,springandlocknutontotheadjusterscrew.
6.Installthebedbar;refertoInstallingtheBedbar(page7–16).
