A.Slidethelockingcollarsoutwardontothebearingcollars.Rotatethe
lockingcollarsbyhandinthedirectionofnormalbrushrotationuntilthe
collarsaretightontheshaft.
B.Usingtheblindholeinthebearinglockingcollarasanimpactpoint,
lockeachcollarbystrikingitwithapunchinthenormaldirectionofthe
brushrotation.
C.Tightenthesetscrewinthelockingcollarstosecurethebearing
assemblytothebrushshaft.
D.Checkthebrushassemblyforend-playandadjustthebearingsif
necessary.
IMPORTANT
Ifbrushtorollercontactisincorrect,brushoperationwillbe
adverselyaffected.
11.Checkthattherollerbrushisparalleltotherearrollerwithin0.25mm(0.010
inch)clearancetolightcontact.Adjusttherollersupportordriveplate
asnecessary.
12.Installandadjustthedrivebeltandinstallthecover.
13.Lubricatethegreasettingsonthebrushsupportandthedriveplateuntil
greaseisvisible.Wipeupanyexcessgrease.
