Theoptionalgroomingbrushattachestothegroomerinplaceofthegroomer
reel.Thegroomingbrushisremovedandinstalledfromthegroomerinthesame
mannerasthegroomerreel;refertoTheGroomerReel(page9–13).
Thegroomingbrushelementorshaftcanbeservicedseparately.
Toremovethespiralgroomingbrushfromtheshaft,removethelocknutand
J-boltfrombothendsofthebrushassemblyandslidethebrushfromtheshaft.
Whenassemblingthespiralbrushtotheshaft,makesurethattheJ-boltsare
installedwiththethreadedportionontheoutsideofthebrushandtightenthe
locknutsfrom2.3to2.8N∙m(20to25in-lb).
