regardingtheoperation,generalmaintenanceandmaintenanceintervalsfor
theGreensmaster3120machine.Refertothesepublicationsforadditional
informationwhenservicingthemachine.
RelievingPressurefromtheHydraulicSystem
Releaseallthepressureinthehydraulicsystembeforeperforminganyworkon
thehydraulicsystem.
Note:Ifyouparkthemachineonaninclineorslope,thepressureinthetraction
circuitdoesnotrelease.
1.Movethemachinetoalevelsurface.
2.Lowerthecuttingunitsfully.
3.Engagetheparkingbrake.
4.TurnthekeyswitchtotheOFFpositionandallowtheenginetostop.
5.Makesureallelectricallyoperatedcontrolvalvesareactuatedbysettingthe
keyswitchtotheRUNpositionbutDoNotstarttheengine.
6.PressthetractionpedaltothefullFORWARDandthefullREVERSE
positions.
7.MovethejoysticktotheRAISEandLOWERpositions
8.TurnthesteeringwheelinboththeLEFTandtheRIGHTdirections.
9.TurnthekeyswitchtotheOFFposition.
Note:Turningthesteeringwheelwiththeengineoffmayunseatthereliefvalve
inthesteeringcontrolvalve.Ifthesteeringortheliftcircuitsappearsluggishor
inoperativeafterthemachineisreturnedtoservice,repeatrelievingthehydraulic
systempressureprocedure.
